All prices are in UK Sterling and include all relevant U.K. taxes

Payments

We accept cash (UK Sterling) or cheques (drawn on UK banks) on the day of engagement.

You can also pay securely online via the cycletourslondon.com website

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel, please inform cycletourslondon as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to reimburse your payments.

Children

Due to insurance liability & Health and Safety legislation persons under the age of 18 will not be allowed to join our tour.

Appropriate Fitness and Clothing

Please note that for cycling tours, you must be of a reasonable fitness, you will be expected to cycle for much of the day, we will advise you in a separate email of the clothing requirement.

Bad weather conditions

Most of our costumers are happy to ride in the rain, however on the rare occasion we need to cancel you will receive a refund. We monitor the weather forecast before every tour and will contact you in the event it has been cancelled.
